working principle

  is mainly aimed at the problems of limited output, reduced condensation effect, and high back pressure of exhaust condensation system under short-term summer high temperature conditions during direct air cooling system operation. The composite air cooling island is an optimized combination of direct air cooling system and evaporative condensation system. It uses direct air cooling system for water-saving operation under normal design conditions and peak shaving through evaporative condensation system under extreme high temperature conditions. It is a new type of high-efficiency condensation device.

    1、 System composition: The composite air cooling island is composed of direct air cooling and evaporative condenser combined according to optimized design (parallel or series).

    2、 Series connection: The exhaust steam from the steam turbine enters the direct air cooling island downstream tube bundle for air cooling heat exchange. The uncondensed steam in the tube bundle enters the heat exchange tube bundle of the evaporative condenser along the condensation water tank for heat exchange. The condensed water is collected in the condensation water tank and sent to the reheating system for recycling through the condensation water pump. Non condensable gases are discharged from the upstream tube bundle of the air cooling and the upstream tube bundle of the evaporative condenser by the vacuum system.

    3、 Parallel connection: The exhaust steam of the steam turbine enters the direct air cooling system and the evaporative condenser for heat exchange according to the design. The condensed water is collected in the condensate tank and sent to the reheating system for recycling through the condensate pump. The non condensable gas is discharged from the upper part of the counter flow tube bundle of the air-cooled and evaporative condenser by the vacuum system.
